Update for April 2015:

Brokerage Investment Goal:

• April Investments contributions were $970.90,
• YTD Investments contributions are at $4,008.87
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Roth IRA Investments Goal:

• April Investments were $500
• YTD Investments total $1,800
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.  Note that I anticipate contributing $6,000 this year to Roth IRA, since I made one of my monthly contributions as a 2014 contribution, giving me the ability to contribute a little extra this year than the federal maximum.

Cash Flow Goal:

• April was cash flow negative, with ($404.46) being added to the bank accounts
• YTD is at a positive $5,418.84 net cash flow
• Outlook: Green

Additional Mortgage Principal Stretch Goal:

• April was $0
• YTD is $0
• Outlook: Green.  I anticipate making my additional principal payments for the next three months of about $700 per month.  This is because April had less of a cash flow hit than anticipated, so there’s extra money available to put towards the house.
