Budget Guy Net Worth

As of Oct 31, 2015, my net worth went up by a whopping $9,619.06, to a total of $171,577.96.  This is a nearly 6% increase over last month!  This is primarily due to solid investment growth during the month of October.  This also means an important milestone was reached – with total investments (brokerage and retirement) now exceeding $100,000 in value!

Update for September 2015:

Brokerage Investment Goal:

  • September Investment contributions were $907.25
  • YTD Investment contributions are at $8,966.78
  • Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Roth IRA Investments Goal:

  • September Investments were $500
  • YTD Investments total $4,500
  • Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Cash Flow Goal:

  • September was cash flow positive, with $221.79 being added to the bank accounts.
  • YTD is at a positive $1,214.06 net cash flow
  • Outlook: Green, But there’s some concern about making a return trip to Vegas will kill this goal.  I’ll continue to track to see where other savings can occur to ensure that doesn’t happen.

Additional Mortgage Principal Stretch Goal:

  • Goal: $3000
  • Actual: $7400
  • Goal Exceeded!
