This is the primary page to track all of my 2016 Goals (click for larger).

4/2/2016 Update: I’ve decided that updates to goals will only be once per quarter, or if there’s a material change that I should post.  I’ve realized that since starting to capture goals in 2015 that they don’t drastically change from month to month.

How status is calculated:

• Green: No worries at this time meeting the goal, based on actual and planned metrics. Or, goal is less than or equal to 2% of target.
• Yellow: Some worry about achieving the goal, planned budget shows goal will not be met. Or, amount projected is less than or equal to 5% of target.
• Red: Goal is at risk for being met. Planned budget shows major changes needed for goal to be met. Or, amount projected exceeds 5% of target.
