At the end of the April, 2018 my net worth went up by 1.65%, to end at $330,101 which is increase of about $5,300 from last month.  While cash took a hit to pay down the balance due of some credit cards, liabilities as a result went down and the market wasn’t as volatile as previous months.

At the end of the March, 2018 my net worth went up by over $7,700, primarily due to company bonus.  This means net worth is up 2.45% over the previous month and is now at $324,757.  Cash bonus was partially offset by decreases in the stock market.

At the end of the February, 2018 my net worth went down by 1.5%, to end at $317,031 which is a decrease of just under $5,000 from last month.  Extreme market volatility are the primary reason my net worth decreased for only the second time in years.

Looking ahead to March, that’s when our company hands out our base salary increases and bonuses.  And given the thousands I’ll be receiving, along with market gains as of 3/11/2018, I do expect to return to positive territory.
