In October, net worth down slightly to end at $527,834.77 – a decrease of about $1,500 or less than half a percentage point. In addition, this month I completed the refinance of my mortgage but due to the way pay-offs of the old mortgage work, there’s money that’s mine being held in escrow. I expect to get that sometime in November.
