In November, net worth went up the highest ever since I started tracking: $53,252.19 or 10% since the previous month to a total of $581,086, also a record. This is driven primarily by stock market gains as a result of extremely positive coronavirus vaccine news.

As I reflect on the record gains I made this month, I realized that this is more than I made when I graduated from college and started a full-time job ($50,000 starting salary in 2009). These milestones give me the reminder I need that continuing to invest my excess cash pays off in the long run, but it takes a LONG time.

Oh, and I got my escrow payment from my old mortgage company, which took way longer than anticipated.
