Brokerage Investment Goal:

• November Investment contributions were $960.84
• YTD Investment contributions are at $11,158.55
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Roth IRA Investments Goal:

• November Investments were $500
• YTD Investments total $5,500
• Outlook: Goal Completed.

Cash Flow Goal:

• November was cash flow positive, with $452.34 being added to the bank accounts.
• YTD is at a positive $365.99 net cash flow (due to partial December inclusion in the totals)
• Outlook: Green, and Vegas turned out to be less expensive than originally planned.  I see no concerns meeting the cash flow goal in 2015.

Additional Mortgage Principal Stretch Goal:

• Goal: $3000
• Actual: $7400
• Goal Exceeded!

• YTD Investment contributions are at $10,197.71
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

• October Investments were $500
• YTD Investments total $5,000
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Cash Flow Goal:

• October was cash flow positive, with $279.81 being added to the bank accounts.
• YTD is at a positive $975.24 net cash flow
• Outlook: Green, but I’m definitely going back to Vegas.  Good news is that the flight, hotel (if the casino comps it like we expect) and the band we are going to see will not exceed $500.  This means there should be enough money left in the budget to gamble and do other things while we’re there.  It’ll definitely be close though.

• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Cash Flow Goal:

• September was cash flow positive, with $221.79 being added to the bank accounts.
• YTD is at a positive $1,214.06 net cash flow
• Outlook: Green, But there’s some concern about making a return trip to Vegas will kill this goal.  I’ll continue to track to see where other savings can occur to ensure that doesn’t happen.
