Brokerage Investment Goal:

• July Investment contributions were $1092.85
• YTD Investment contributions are at $7119.88
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Roth IRA Investments Goal:

• July Investments were $500
• YTD Investments total $3,300
• Outlook: Green – everything’s on track.

Cash Flow Goal:

• July was cash flow positive, with $1,485.53 being added to the bank accounts.  This is primarily due to a $3,000 check received by my parents unexpectedly, offset by additional principal contribution to the mortgage of $2,400.
• YTD is at a positive $1,695.82 net cash flow
• Outlook: Green.  Since the $3,000 check was unexpected, this helped offset the negative trend I’ve been experiencing the last few months. I believe there will be no chance of coming short on cash flow at year-end.

Additional Mortgage Principal Stretch Goal:

• July was $2,400
• YTD is $7,400
• Outlook: Goal Exceeded!

Cash Flow Goal:

• June was cash flow negative, with ($3,142.65) being added to the bank accounts.  This is primarily due to a $1,000 additional principal contribution to the mortgage, and a LendingClub investment of $2,500.
• YTD is at a positive $220.71 net cash flow
• Outlook: Yellow.  I have reduced planned expenses by $1,100, which will make my goals of $0 or more in net cash flows.

Additional Mortgage Principal Stretch Goal:

• June was $1,000
• YTD is $5,000
• Outlook: Goal Met!

Cash Flow Goal:

• May was cash flow negative, with ($2,065.90) being added to the bank accounts.  This is primarily due to a $2,000 additional principal contribution to the mortgage, and $1.038.79 being spent on trips / entertainment.  (Typical monthly trips / entertainment expenses are $300.)
• YTD is at a positive $692.94 net cash flow
• Outlook: Red.  Based on current upcoming expenses and additional contributions to investing accounts and mortgage paydown, the outlook is I’ll end the year with ($1,480.09) less in cash than at the start of the year.
