As of July 31, 2015, my net worth went up by $7,636.73, to a total of $165,474.99.  A $1,100 contribution to brokerage, additional principal payment to the mortgage of $2,400, a $3,000 check from my parents, and general investment gains all helped.  There weren’t any major expenses for the month, which helped reduce the spending and liabilities side.  The check from my parents was a “gift” for offloading one of their rentals.

As of June 30, 2015, my net worth went up by $874.14, to a total of $157,824.63.  A $1,000 contribution to brokerage, a $2,500 investment in LendingClub loans, additional principal payment to the mortgage of $1,000 was offset by somewhat higher than normal expenses.

As of May 31, 2015, my net worth went up by $3,162.43, to a total of $156,950.49.  A $1,000 contribution to brokerage, additional principal payment to the mortgage of $2,000, and general investment gains all helped. This was offset by high expenses in trips and entertainment, and payment to credit cards from the previous month reduced cash reserves.
