In November, my net worth increased by a substantial $66,000 to bring me to a total of $1,082,850.19!
The stock market’s massive rally is the largest contributor to this, bringing my overall net worth up to a record high with the new calculations as posted in June of this year.

In October, my net worth decreased again by about $2,000 to bring me to a total of $1,016,689.04.
While the stock market was mostly flat (compared to the previous month), I was able to achieve positive cash flow by almost $3,000. Looking ahead, the plan for year-end is to have about $30,000 in cash plus enough to cover the balance of any credit cards.
